Cancellation and refund policy

• CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
  

We accept the return of items purchased in our online store for a refund up to 15 working days after purchase, except for personalized products.

The parts must be intact, without any signs of use. We also accept returns of parts with manufacturing defects, which will be later verified by our team.

Shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer and must be made to our address. The product must be sent in the original box, otherwise it may not be accepted. As soon as the returned product is received, we will send you an email and we will refund the value of it.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

The refund will be made through the same payment method you used to place the order. Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund period is 15 working days.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You can exchange a product by sending us an email requesting the exchange and informing us of the product you want to exchange. The exchange can be carried out in person at our facilities with a date and time to be agreed, or you can send it to us by CTT, guaranteeing the shipment of the product in its original box. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Carimbaria Portugal reserves the right to reject returns beyond the stipulated maximum return period, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Purchase cancellation

The customer may cancel the purchase made while it is being processed. It is necessary that you inform Carimbaria Portugal through the following e-mail contact: carimbariaportugal@gmail.com

If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. Carimbaria Portugal is not responsible for possible delays in handling the cancellation of orders.

Carimbaria Portugal reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond Carimbaria Portugal.
